I just thought I’d do a little update since I’ve had a positive flow of feels lately — it really feels like opening a new chapter in my life.
Returning to the Blog After a Long Break
I recently went on my blog for the first time in ages, and honestly, I couldn’t believe how long it had been since I last posted! Time has flown by, and it’s easy to get caught up in everyday life and forget about those creative outlets that really help you process everything.
So, here I am, back with a post that might be a bit all over the place, but it’s honest and real. Sometimes you just need to get your thoughts out, and I’m hoping this marks the start of something new — a renewed focus on sharing my journey and connecting with you all again.

A Strange Place: Turning Life Around
Right now, I’m in a strange place — a sort of in-between space where I’m trying to completely turn my life around. Mentally, physically, emotionally… I want to be in a different place by the end of this year. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy where I am now, but I know I could be even happier.
There’s a lot I want to work on, and part of that is being open about where I’m at. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted to post today, but I knew I wanted to post something. So, this is me just putting it out there: change is happening, and I’m ready to embrace it.
Finding Inspiration: The Power of Influences in a New Chapter
If you watched this week’s vlog, you might have noticed I’ve made a few tweaks. Lately, I’ve been watching The Michalaks — a YouTube couple who have been a huge influence on me ever since I discovered their channel a few weeks ago. Their style, their energy, the way they create content — it really inspired me to try something new.
After I finished editing my latest vlog, I felt this rush of adrenaline that lasted for a whole day. No joke, I was so excited to watch my own video after work because it was the first time in a long time I felt genuinely proud of what I’d created. That feeling was incredible — like a reminder that I’m capable of producing something I’m really happy with.
Learning and Growing: Embracing Imperfection
Of course, after watching the video I spotted some flaws. But that’s okay! It’s all part of the process. I’ve already started filming the next chapter, and I’m trying to keep that same vibe going. I’m looking forward to what my channel will offer over the next year — it feels like I’m on the right track, and I can’t wait to keep improving.
This whole experience has reminded me that growth comes with trial and error. You don’t have to be perfect; you just have to be willing to learn and keep going.
Moving Forward: What’s Next?
So, with that said, I’m going to sign off now and get cracking on editing tomorrow’s video — which, to be honest, I haven’t even started yet! It’s a busy but exciting time, and I’m ready for whatever comes next.
Question of the day: What are your favourite blog posts/youtube videos?
