I know what you’re thinking, “Emma, your last post was March favourites, and now you’re onto April”?! I’ll be switching things up soon, I promise.

April has been a bit of a crazy one, I’ve had more breakdowns than I can count. However, last month was my birthday, so there are a few bits that can be added to my list from that. Anyway, let’s get into it!

On The Box in April (TV)

Buffy The Vampire

Yes, you read that right, I rediscovered Buffy The Vampire Slayer at the back end of April on Disney Plus. Now, believe it or not, I’ve only seen a few episodes in my lifetime. However, I absolutely lived for Chaos Bleeds as a kid, so when I saw that it was on Disney Plus, there was no backing out, or browsing, I had to watch it there and then!

Ru Paul’s Drag Race UK

I’m putting the UK one because I also watched the US one at the same time but I’ve been watching that since it came out. However, without including any spoilers, my favourite won 😍 but I wish Joe Black was in it for longer!!!

The Casketeers

Only my closest friends have known about my recently flourished fascination with cemeteries. So, when I saw ‘The Casketeers‘ appear on Netflix, I knew that I had to watch it. Also, I highly recommend watching this, even if you’re not morbid like me because the cast is really funny!

Fitness in April

Yes, you read that right, I’ve included a fitness section! If you know me, you’ll know that I’ve never been to the gym, it just doesn’t interest me! However, since it has been my birthday in April, I’d recently been watching Hula Hooping and Roller Skating on TikTok! So, my mum decided to treat me to both of those for my birthday. You can find my weighted Hula Hoop here, and my Roller Skates here.

April Closet Additions

In march I was ranting and raving about how much I loved my new velvet pants. This month, I was so excited to receive my red zebra print flares that I’d been eying up on Nasty Gal, and I can tell you that I absolutely LOVE them.

What have you been loving this April? Let me know in the comments!
